Note that horses of the local kind are righting for the therapeutic horse riding. That horses should have a short growth (110 – 130 centimeter), have a regular constitution and average fatness with a correct position of extremities and have no a trauma which can be influence on their efficiency. Unfortunately the opportunity of the right choice of horse in our country is a difficulty and almost is an impossibly because of an organizations use a social method of the hippotheraty, that is they exist at the expense of the sponsor donations which are very little and rare and so the acquisition of the own horse is a difficulty in the lack of money. The same organizations as a rule agreement with nearby horse schools about free rent of any horse. For all that very often not to take into account that the therapeutic horse is a straight origin which directly affects on invalid-child and it must transfer to him only positive energy. Such a horse must teach to see a friend in each person that is in need of her protection and help. The modern horse sport in Belarus doesn’t bar the vestige of friend relations between rider and horse: constant loud peremptory, quick twitching of rein, stabs of horsewhip and spurs, abuse are kill the all positive emotions of horse and her faith and confidence to person. This horse can’t give to ill children the necessary positive energy that salves their weak body. Accustomed to constant painful influence from the direction of preptent the horseman in this moment such horse fries to center out on weaker invalid-child and can bring not joy of recovery and more heavy damage.
Our organization is not exception. Being in very rare supports sponsors and working without salary we are deciding from beginning to occupy with invalid on the own specially prepared horses.

The first our horse was red stallion Sudar of Latvian race from 1993 birth year, appurtenant to Valentina Vinogradova. Such he is considered the earliest of Belorussian hippotherapy by right and “culprit” of the birth our organization. He was birth on the PKF “Trotter” from English thoroughbred saddle Suthdal and Latvian Dardthe. His father is Suthdal he was a champion of triathlon that took up with saddle of Florov A. the First place on the championship of Belarus that went in Ratomka (Minsk) in summer 1992 year. Sudar studied a special training of show jumping and although he had fine aptitudes for obstacle negotiation because of the trauma eyes of acquired in childhood. Sudar was a wonderful character, to recognize a nature of any person.

At that he had a marvelous patience with ill children permitting to carry out such jokes with his that wouldn’t suffer from his “mother” grown his since six-month-old.
The same kind soul and big heart had our Kalyna – a stone-blind mare of Ukrainian saddle-horse also belonged to Valentina Vinogradova.

Katusha was born in 1988 year in Ukraine from English thoroughbred saddle-horse
Limur and и Ukraine saddle- horse Kopilka. She passed the racetrack tests
in race on the racetrack in Lvov and in Belarus she passed particularized training by training.
She come into Valentina’s hands a stone-blind in 1998 year.
During a horse-break’s work with Sudar and Kalyna Valentina unused a whip or spurs.
All influence on horse was carried out owing to voice. Very much time was left to horses for independent exercise in riding-hall to riderless and work to lunge. The calm and pacification relation, the frequent intercourse as equals were gained of horses to right perception of person as friend. These horses were come ready to the help of person, they always
responded to the calls and carried out the all claims at once.

The same system of training is using in our organization with other horses now. Naturally, these system bars of the sport training or enthusiasm for hire that is don’t mean by the friendship relations between person and horse when horse as person has the right to “voice” or bad mood. Now we have four horses and one pony and I’ll tell you one after another.

Zavetvi Uspeh.
He is a basic therapeutic horse. This horse is a Belarussion draught race, light-bay color, was born in 1990 from Russian trotter Listopad (grandson English Loi Gannover) and from Belarussion draught Zateia. In past he was a working horse in the collective farm and was a teaching-hire horse in CYSS horse's sport “Zazerye”. He entered to us in summer 1998 then he was over the special hippotherapy teaching and now he is equipped from 2000 year. Ziovushka is a leader our herd and he helps to keep our riding work with other horses and sometime he trains theirs in riding-house when I'm absent.

Madlen.
Already made wiser by life experience 12-year mare redhead to colors. Earlier, worker by horse in collective farm. Now much willingly works with patient, very tender and friendly. Fine hits it off with babe and much well heeds to their weak command. With present summer begins to master the program western for children's with particularity of the development. Besides, at January сего year she has presented us remarkable foal - Artyomku. Artyom already to got accustomed to constant contact with babe and we hope that from it to be a most beautiful therapeutic horse.

I could tell you about our horses what was intelligible thanks to the constant relations and the training that directed not only on the physical stats but also on the development of hearty character of each horse. You know just it allows to feel our horse to the pain or the joy of little patient, may be he’s in need of protect or friend with big and strong horse, and it maybe this allows to tell to horse’s heart with heard of little invalid. It can see every, you must want to stand a friend and say in horse’s language and understand her and look on world and on oneself and on oneself by her eyes. The grateful horse tells you a many interesting things that you didn’t dream. Try and you’ll get the very true heart on the earth!
